ELNA CO., LTD was founded in 1929 as Honda Seisakusho.  In 2014, we entered into a capital and business alliance with TAIYO YUDEN CO., LTD., and have been developing, manufacturing, and selling aluminum electrolytic capacitors and electric double layer capacitors as a wholly owned subsidiary of TAIYO YUDEN CO., LTD. since 2019.

Expanding our business globally, ELNA focuses on the development of capacitors that excel in vibration resistance, moisture-proof, endurance, and high and low temperature resistance , which are particularly important in the automotive and industrial equipment markets, while maintaining high quality and performance even in harsh environments.
